AnchorLine provides managed communication and automation support designed to reduce missed inquiries and improve response handling. The service is provided “as is” and may evolve over time.

Client responsibilities

• You confirm that you have the right to provide the contact data you submit.
• You will not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messaging.
• You are responsible for your business policies, pricing, and customer promises.

SMS / texting consent (explicit)

By submitting an intake form or otherwise providing a phone number, you agree to receive text messages from AnchorLine related to onboarding, service coverage, scheduling coordination, and account notifications.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal content.
• No sending messages without appropriate consent from recipients.

Billing

Fees, if applicable, are billed as agreed at checkout or invoice. Non-payment may result in suspension.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnchorLine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data.
